Lovely hotel with beautiful views from our room. Would stay their again if we are in the area.

Nice view from room. Staff when asked were helpful.
Facilities in room were a bit dated. No evening meals served, no tv/music in bar. Drinks were expensive and so too the room per night.

The hotel is beautifully located in front of the lake.
It's a little undecorated and the walls are thin. Breakfast not included.

The atmosphere was relaxed and informal, thestaff were friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom in the room and downstairs were not as clean as they should be. The room was dark and very basic.It felt as thoughthere was not much pride in the hotel

Very comfortable room, with a great view over the loch. Excellent breakfast. Cheerful staff on reception, who provided useful information on where to eat in Fort William.
A little bit far from the main part of Fort William - required a drive to get there.

The view was beautiful. I enjoyed the bar when we came in at 10pm. Effort is being made with furniture. Staff very friendly. We didn't have breakfast.....£7 is expensive and we liked the lie in!. Had sense that this is a place on the up...really trying and succeeding. Upgrading of rooms will happen and we were very happy with them.

wi-fi conn no works in the rooms but only in the bar or lobby.Real poor is the bathroom specially about the tube, mine was old and with a plastic towel very full of bacteries...

Receptionist excellent (Martin) made us feel very welcome tried to rearange our accomodation to give us a room with a view but was unable to owing to number of bookings Nice lounge and bar prices very reasonable
Breakfast not included this was not apparernt at time of booking No night staff on duty

Only used as overnight stop; Good clean facilities, Good Breakfast.

The front desk receptionist was not very helpful,not good of communicating in English language,he did not say a lots when asking for informations,and he was sitting down head down reading. Very impolite.

Closeness to tourist areas, e.g. Ben Nevis, good walking areas.
Cleanliness of the bathroom was poor.
